Here's one Gus will like. Eric sent these pictures over of his project Trimate. The boat was your basic basket case and Erik has been working hard to bring it back to its former glory.

Looks good Eric!

first of all i would like to say sorry for the mess on the after pic, it was taken after a hard day of work on the boat. The trimate II was in very bad shape when i got it, but after a lot of body work, it turned out i really wanted to keep the original color, but it was too far gone. it was also changed to hide some flaws that just couldn't be fixed any other way. im hoping to get the boat in the water soon. it doesn't get very cold here. So in short i would like to thank gus for all of his help , chris for such a great web site , and all of the other members who posted pictures, your pictures gave me examples and color ideas.
Eric

MAN THAT LOOKS GREAT. What a color, what color interior are you going with?
How was your floor and transom?
Keep us posted.
I guess I will keep pluging away at mine.

Bummer, I just saw you where from GA. I was living about 2 hours away from you, then I moved to the wild wild west.

well thanks everyone, i think i left out erik yesterday he helped with the factory rep to get the correct decals from. the original interior was black, and though it will be hot thats going to be what ill stick with. my transome was in excellant shape, as well as the floor, but that was about it. i had several large holes topside which had to have chopped glass blown into it to repair. i think they were from fishing rod holders. the outside of the transome had some rop rash from maybe a shrimp net or something. the color is flame red, a cessina airplane new color. I did all of the boat repairs, the color was applied by chip wilkes, and the materials were all PPG. The rep was Lonnie at APE paints in statesboro ga. thanks to everyone for their comments
