i assume its going to be a fresh water boat or it wouldn't have made much sense to tape it off to protect it from the salt on the roads!! hahaha......just saw you were taking it to florida

Wasn't protecting from salt/elements, was protecting it from road debris. Rocks, sticks, couches, tires, old volvo's, etc that you might encounter on the 1800 mile trek home. The tape seems to have done an excellent job and for only $85 in tape it's worth the piece of mind. :cheers:
 
ahh i gotcha, yea i guess that makes sense!! i guess since all i have seen here is rock salt for the last 4 months its the only thing on my mind.....i forgot what my boat even looks like :( lol
