CHECKMATE EVENT ON LAKE CUMBERLAND

byron; happy to hear your brother found the boat, knightmoves, like i said before we have regulars who are at the lake most week-ends myself included.
 
we plan on being at the dam at around noon sat. if anyone wants to come down, look us up. we will be in a 300 conv. called knight moves.
 
wild willy Im looking for a seasonal to put my pop up camper down there around grider hill or jamestown area do you know of any
If I dont work all weekend Im heading down there on friday evening to look around
 
i would try ryans campground. it is just a little before the turn off to Grider hill. clean place and nice boat ramp and back in a quite cove.
 
hey mboger good to meet you on sat. we had a great day on the lake. hope you found a place. looking forward to seeing you on lake. we saw purple dave at grider,he is bringing down the checkmate in a couple weeks. let me know when you are coming down.
 
found a place just up on 127 close to the state park entrance so will be using the damm ramp a lot taking the camper and boat down in may so will be looking for you and your friends that were with you and you have a nice looking boat
 
Willy what boat do you have i got a 242 convincor with purple red and yellow on it keep an eye out for it
 
we got into looking at campsites didnt get a chance to get to water we are pulling camper down next weekend and also the boat
 
My wife and I are thinking of making a trip this weekend, Is any mates gonna be out? If so guide me in iv'e never boated there before. Directions would be helpful...Disturbed
 
hey disturbed, we will be out if the weather permits. we live close to the lake so i can give you directions. let me know where you are coming from , i don't know exactly where calvert city is. what kind of mate do you have?
 
i am going down friday nite or saturday to set up the camper but boat isnt ready yet i messed up my intercooler and cant seem to get one

Its a 260 convincor with fire and skull paint, i dont think we are going to make it this weekend after all, maybe next. I got behind on work, i will get back to you about making a trip there...

mboger what happened to your intercooler ? we did not make it down this weekend due to the flood. hope that the lake is not screwed up.
 
knight moves the lake didnt look too bad what i saw of it and i drilled a whole by accident into my intercooler and cant seem to get pro charger to send me one was suppose to be here a week ago and they havent shipped as of yet
 
mboger, we were on the lake sat. and it wasn't bad. there was a little bit of trash early but it cleared out. any luck with your intercooler?
