COOL LITTLE BAJA SCAT CAT TUNNEL HULL

Way cool and thanks, I have located one of these in my neck of the woods and didn't know what it is until now. Hope negotiations are succesful, looks like fun, wonder what kind of huge motor we can hang off of the stern?

Some info from mine:
Yes it was fast. Yes it was unstable. Yes it was very thin and I was glad to get rid of it. I don't like cardboard boats!

I've always heard that the Baja ScatCat was designed by Molinari (Racing boats) for Baja.

Hey YF, is that a V-4 Johnson on the back? I should have known that you have already been there and done that. I appreciate the info too. I like the sound of fast and unstable ( kind of like me sometimes ) but the thin part sounds scary. I might have to pass on it.

Yea, it had a 85 V-4 johnny on it. With the rated HP (no fun) it might have been alright but with power it was just not right. The playmate with big power was fine in the handling and structure department. At no point have I ever felt unsafe in it, the baja was a different story!
