Exhaust Upgrade

Thanks.

With everything that I have read, here and other places, I'm not really expecting much, if any, increase in speed with this mod, but at least I have a decent exhaust system that I can still use when I do a rebuild and it won't hit me so hard at one time. Hopefully, taking some of the dead weight out of the rear will help, as well.

Hope to have a break in the rain in the next week or two, so I can bring it to the house to clean and fire it up. I can hardly wait. I can't really imagine what the difference in sound will be. Just hope it's not too loud for the "General"....

It was in the 60's and 70's this week and I finally got a chance to get the boat ready for spring. Brought her home, cleaned her up and fired up for the first time with new exhaust. Ran it for about an hour on the hose. All good. Tach is still out (new one bad - replacement ordered), but once replaced, she should be ready to go.

For those of you up north who have been (and may still be) frozen in, here is a short video of the first water test to help get you through the last gasps of winter. You have had a rough winter and spring can't get here soon enough.
