Factory Vinyl, good deal!

I was wondering about the timeframe for a complete interior. Obviously, it's relative to new orders and time of year but my rig went into storage on Tue. (bummer). Iwas trying to figure out when I would have to get the order done/completed for the breaking weather and the storage release. The new non-wood product intrigues me also. Is it a composite or laminate and does it have the mounting hardware infused or does that have to be added aft. Are the vinyl styles replicates of the orig. or mostly a custom app.? I realize I', babbling, but this REALLY interests me right now. Tom.

Go to www.KingStarLiteXL.com and it will tell you all about it. The only thing that I can't use it for is the wrap a round seats. We use Tnuts to fasten it to the boat I believe all hardware is included. But the best thing to do is Call Mike Combs at Checkmate 419-562-3881

Apparently mine's in the wind and the good gentleman at Checkmate Mareine have donee a bang-up job on it. I'll post pics once it gets here and I've got the time to open it and have a look. Thanks Alan!

Spoke with Mike this morning and put the wheels in motion! Sounds like it's going to be fantastic! Since the boat has a slightly smaller beam, it'll cost just a bit more than expected, but she should turn out famously. Are you doing the cut work, Alan? If so, drop me an update when you can so I can keep tabs on her. By the way, Thanks to everyone helping w/ the project! Great boats aren't just born, they're crafted by terrific folks. Hope to have news soon! Tom.

Spoke w/ Mike today, and I'm heading to the shop tomorrow to pick mine up. Can't wait to see the finished product! Hopefully, once I get this going, I'll be able tpost some pics.

Hey Tom
Sorry I didn't get to meet you yesterday. Hope you like your new interior. Mike didn't tell me you picked it up until this morning. Thanks for your order and hope you like it.

The interior is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It's slightly different from the orig. style, but I'm happier it's not because it gave me a few more customizing options(I love doing that kind of thing). I'll try to post a pic or two (that I'm NOT good at). Mike was great and we looked at some of the units in production. Anyone who has a 'Mate should really check things out down there when or if they get the chance! Thanks again, man!

Finally....

:bounce:FINALLY finished everything!! The Cap't & 'Mate seats have the logos I wanted and my rig hit the water this wknd. Still some twaeking (tach, speedo), but everything seem in order. BIG-UPS to everyone for their assists. Coudn't have got her here without y'all. Thanks again, Tom.:bigthumb:
p.s. Added 2 more pics to the link page w/ logos and water!
