Do any of you New Englanderrs boat in Connecticut on the River???

I usually get out on the CT River bettween Middletown and Essex 3 or 4 times per year.

I do that run every year in October on the Connecticut River also!!!

Launch at Haddam Meadow State Park

I usually cruise the river up to Hartford but we anchor at Gildersleeve Island in Portland a lot!!!

I have a 1984 Checkmate Convinsor and also have attented the Scream and Fly on the Connecticut River every October since its inception!!!

I will be back again this year. It was about a perfect run last october , It was the first time Ive been there, I have been trying since 03 or 04, but something always kept me from going, won't miss it again.
