Hey Keith, Wanna know what comes after a Raritan Bay BJ?

Well-known member
A flat tire.
Seriously- Next day we went to "Lather, Rinse, Repeat" and flush off some additional salt.
BEAUTIFUL sunny day with knar and family, including his dog. Strider.
Cruising past the old conveyers..

Leave early and ..
BANG!!! Flat tire at the parking lot!
AAA guy couldn't jack it up cause "It's too high". Even when knarloid came back, 2 hours later,
had a bunch of tools and helped him. Nut was stripped.
Ever had to tow your car and boat seperately?
What would that cost if you didn't have AAA RV service......hmmm....
I wonder. Fortunately I only wonder.
Something I actually worried about happening in the past.
Fortunately knarloid was there to pull my boat out after hitching my trailer to his vehicle. Thanks Kris!!!!

And the moral of the story...
Friends don't let friends boat solo.
Thanks Kris!
So...

A Blown tire sure does Suck and then not being able to get a Nut off really can give you the Blues.

Glad all the boats and crew made it back safely. looks like another fun day while I was sweating away working.

Yeah, missed ya man!
Oh, and yeah, fortunately no humans were injured
in this production.

A shame to end the day like that.

At least I know I can offer my skills to the AAA 'newhire' group if I ever have to give up the day job!

Glad to help out buddy, a shame I couldn't get that last nut off!! :-(

I'm guessing this BJ stuff stands for 'B'oat 'J'ourney. I'm thinking that the one picture is missing a pair of nice sized pink 'T' 'T's.
