Hopatcong, Mothers Day 2012

Was supposed to be meeting up with my potential Enticer buyer today on the lake to show himself and herself the joys of boating (newbies).
Unfortunately it didn't work out for them to join us, so we decided to go ahead anyway and treat SWMBO to lakeside lunch after a spin in the new boat. I spent a few minutes putting the bimini on to help protect my balding spot(s) from the sun.

Boat handled great (first time it's been on this lake), and after the memories of last summer in the Enticer, pregnant with child, SWMBO definitely loves the Starliner more for space and comfort.

Had a nice lunch at the Windlass on the Eastern shore after tying up at their dock, and then went off to the southern part of the lake to anchor and chilll out (something we couldn't do with the Enticer on busy days due to the waves.

Got my first swim of the season and grabbed the old GoPro for a swim around the boat. Unfortunately the image quality isn't great on this one, but should have the new HERO2 delivered tomorrow to the office. Had to play around with a few apps to make them a little more appealing. :(

Youngest had a nice nap across the backseat while the rest of us enjoyed the afternoon on the hook.
After motoring back to the ramp, I dropped off SWMBO and baby and took my 5yr old out for a few speed runs to she how she (Starliner) handles in a little chop - this daughter of mine is a speed demon!! She can't get enough!

Looking forward to many more days like this with the family. :bigthumb:
