there you go! did you check out the link i put up for you. i did not do a ton of looking, but they had the best prices i could find. they do not stock them, so they come right from cmc..... so you dont end up getting a part that has been sitting around for who know how long. i got mine in less then a week of ordering it.
 
You guys need to pay attention. I have the best prices on CMC jack plates. 10" hyd. $685+shipping through the end of this month. 5.5" $635+shipping. 5.5 manual, $225. 10" manual, $235. +shipping. boatman
 
Sounds like I need to call my vendor and complain. The prices I quoted were $5 above dealer cost! I guess my supplier raised there prices and no one else did. I will call 911 now to get foot removed from mouth!:o boatman

If you don't allready have backing plates, build some wide aluminum backing plates for the inside of the transom to distribute the additional stress placed on the transom from the setback.
