Can't be persuaded to do Hopatcong? 2nd year of a new tradition? You're gonna make me and knarloid come to you?

Opening day for Emily's soccer season is that day. 2pm game kind blows the whole day wide open so even if the boat is out of the equation it doesn't look good. :(

Fired up the old girl this evening for 2013 - no problems (on the hose).

Just hoping I can get a few early hours free on Sunday to run out on Hopatcong!

We're not running up as I thought to Maine. Laur's mom probably gonna live for a few more weeks. (No, not joking) Probably gonna stick around here and try to go out this Sunday but local on the Delaware. Wanna meet?
Or we'llsee each other soon.

I'd love to hit the Delaware, but need to stay closer to home for work reasons, so have to stay with Hopatcong - assuming I can get away for 2-3hrs on Sunday.

Got out for 2hrs earlier with family.

Nice bright day on the lake but a bit windy and cool in open water. We took along a picnic and dropped anchor in a sheltered bay to enjoy it.

Number 1 son loves the boat now that he can walk around it this year, and number 1 daughter still loves it.

Did a bit of exploring around some of the quieter bays that we never saw previously before heading home mid afternoon.

Starliner ran great and tank has plenty left for a few more days like that in the coming weeks.

Boating season has officially arrived!

Not even a scratch on the prop I bought last year after Dobbins!

Actually - there's not even a scratch on the prop that you picked up for me at Dobbins also - in its watery grave! :-)
