Made it out today-got a warning beep

I have had a similar issue with my Pro XS motor. It turned out to be water in the fuel and it would set the alarm off only on takeoff or high speed.

If i am not mistaken the 97 EFI motors have a seperator filter mounted to the right side of the motor. This has a water sensor in the bottom. Just replace the filter.
