Prop for 23 Outboard

I have a 23 maxxum with a v8 outboard. The best prop I've found so far is a 4 blade/23 ballistic.I tried several 3 blade rakers, 20,24,and a 3blade ballistic. They slipped bad coming out of the hole and were as fast as the 4 blade,65ish.Your boat is lighter and sleeker than mine I'd try a 21-22 4blade or even a high 5.

Daddio, the enforcer is fairly heavy and needs a bow lifting prop to get that big nose out of the water. I would try a 22-24 Merc Trophy or maybe a Merc Tempest plus. The 4 blade trophy will be smoother and better hold shot, the tempest will give you better top end.

I own the two 22p props now . I am going to send out
the injectors for cleaning and change the reeds . I am
hunting for a 12" stainless marine setback bracket . I
was thinking of doing 18"w/swimplatform but but dont
want to have to get new trailer . I guess I have to wait
to spring to try .

Thanks

setback

Try the 2 props you have, they should be fairly close to what you need.As far as the set back goes,I can share this with you.It might save you some bucks.I put a 18'' stainless marine setback and a 6'' cmc hyd. jack on my 21 Paramount center console. It helped a little, thats all.It wasn't worth what it cost.
I'm still experimenting with props on my 23 Checkmate.I ran a 24 raker that had been workedthis past weekend. It ran good and got 67mph out of it.I'm still partial to the 4 blade for all purpose prop. The boat was sensitive to trim and engine height.Once I got it dialed in,it rode great!
I hope this helps------JB
