I hate negitive posts but I have to tell you -- I dont know what you paid but that would be going back if it were me. First of all the motor cover should be completely seperate. I am sorry but hate to see a brother member who did not get what he paid for
Not to rub it in but here is the custom cover made for my long deck you can bounce a quater off it when it is pulled tight.
I dont think I would 100% agree with you on the engine cover should be seperate with out seeing pics of the engine covered. To me that would leave all the crap going from the engine to the boat uncovered. Pics would be good.
Ps no wonder your boat is so slow half the engine is gone.

Red My cover comes right to the back over the ladder up to all the connections on the motor. Mercury makes motor covers that fit like a glove -- they are pricey but well worth the money. Any cover having to cover the boat and motor will give a sloppy appearance. Anyway that cover over the motor was one size fits all!! UKKKEEE
