New guy in MA/NH

fletch

New member
Hey folks,

I'm new to the forums and just inherited a 1990 maxxum 229 in mint condition. I keep it up in NH on the BIG lake! Hope to post some pics soon...

Fletch, visited Lake Winnipesaukee alot when I was a kid-my Uncle always went up for 2 weeks every August. Ironically, I found out that my Checkmate was originally delivered to the Silver Sands Marina right in Gilford on the lake. Can't wait to get up there but it's looking like next season. Have fun!!!:surf:

unfortunately it's only a 350 mag, and tops out at 50mph. I'd love to get 60, but I'm stretching for it - any ideas? I'm in Chestnut cove on the south end of the lake!

:welcome:IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE HEAD UP TO THE BIG LAKE IN MAINE,LESS CROWED THAN WINNI.:D
