STOP Ragging Dogschool..:pissed:
Two different boats,,read closely..
two different owners,
two different colors,
Two different years,
One has a mercury,
the other has a Johnson
One has swim platforms,
tho other has a ladder,
One goes fast,
the other not so fast,
any one can put up what they want as many time as they want..
But will the people vote?that's up to them..

Hey needafunboat,,Nice boat,,you got style:lol:

Lol, come on Hob, if that post made you mad you are too uptight!
and I am well aware of the rules, do what you want, I just made a
suggestion, now wipe your nose and get over it;):sssh:

LOL,,I wasn't mad,,sounded like you where mad,and didn't realize it was a different boat,,,I should know by now,,you always like stirring the pot:rof:

Well, hopefully my nomination is different enough for y'all. ;)

Here is my neighbour's restored and customized 1968 V-141. :thumb:

Thanks for all of the nice comments guys! The lightened version makes the sky and background look way better - water, well not so much. It was a kinda cloudy day and I did try to brighten it up a little without making the boat change colors.

Yeah - we all do like our starfligners...oh well - it's all good!!

Hobbie - not so sure how much faster my boat is, maybe once I get that jackplate. I still haven't really had it on anything smooth/long enough to run it out by myself since I learned about the 225EFI throttle pullback/timing trick - it makes a BIG difference. Best gps is 64 (26p trophy @5400rpm) before I learned to pull back. But I've seen close to 6000rpm and 71spedo with my 24p trophy+ after I learned to pull back the throttle. Probably was 65 to 68gps... and the shore was coming up FAST! Running around 15% slip from what I recall.... yikes!

If he is not a member,he is disqualified then...:rof:

Needafunboat,,my engine must be really tired if your 225 can turn a 26,,my 200 can barely turn a 24..If you are seeing 70 without a jackplate,,you really don't need one,you found your sweet spot..cause you are not going to see much more out of a 225..

That is a pretty tight pic of Joe. Isnt that in a no wake zone though.:sssh:

Thats the strongest 250 I ever seen.;)
