I don't think you'll find a boat that size in the price range mentioned unless it needs A LOT of work. If you bump down to 20-21', you would have many more options. (if that's possible for you)

1979 Enchanter w/ Carb 2.5 Merc

I have a 1979 Enchanter in good condition with a carb 2.5 merc on it. Pushing a Mazco RE-4 26 prop. Turns 7000 with this prop.
