Penny for your thoughts on these...

Very “new” but seems under powered a bit

Will I regret a black boat? Water spots might be the end of me but it looks cool. Also my wife is concerned the 18 will be too small compared to the 21’s...seating wise they seem almost the same

The gel on top looks a little messed and not sure of the power situation

Same comment on size (above) and power, but 175 seems a shade better than the 150. 200/225 would be ideal but might not need it based on size:

More should be popping up but seems like many are trying to get rid of them prior to storage season

Thx in advance

Info

The purple and teal one is my old boat. Wish I hadnt sold it, ran great for me although the buyer had some sort of electrical issue after he bought it. It did have some damage to the bow rail attachments up front that was repaired with aluminum plates and I think one section of windshield was replaced with plexiglass. If I had to guess a tree branch had fallen on it prior to me owning. Floors were solid as a rock, vinyl was all nice. Pulled me up on a double boot slalom ski no problem. Not sure on top speed, had an aluminum prop but I'd guess 55 or so?.

I'd go with the 2000BR w/150 Opti. I had that exact same boat and motor combo all the way down to the colors. It will run upper 50's all day with your family in it and sip gas. The Pulsare hulls are fast hulss do to the pad. The Wrap around front seat is a real nice set up. If that boat is within your budget, do it. You couls sell the 150 and easily upgrade to a 250 Pro XS down the road and you wouldn't need to change any rigging, gauges...a lot of boat for the money in my opinion.

Thanks Sam - management said it's over budget, could prob justify it if it had the larger motor so we didn't have to upgrade down the road. I agree the wrap around is very nice though

Thanks Bad, the 234 is way too big for my tow rig and garage unfortunately. Saw some other 218's for sale but starting to lean toward the cheaper/lighter outboards...I'll have extra $ for accessories and another jetski :)

I'll stay on the hunt for a 20/21 - prefer a Pulsare but think that might be impossible based on my budget...
