1996 Aquasport 225 Explorer with a 1996 Johnson ocean runner 200 HP sitting on a 2000 Venture Trailer - $9,500
This is a walkaround cuddy cabin style boat with a solid ride and lots of deck space for her size. She comes equipped with all of the necessities for a nice day on the water with the family and friends. She is a great cruiser or fishing boat and has the ability for an occasional overnighter. Everything on the boat and trailer work as it should. No hidden issues - Boat is currently in the water and available for test ride for serious buyers.
She does have a few blemishes here and there, but overall good shape for an 19 year old boat. She is structurally sound and turnkey ready!
Performance:
Cruising RPM is 4000-4400 and will put you between 25-30 MPH
Top end RPM is 5500-5600 and will make about 35-38 MPH
Cruising fuel burn is about 12-15 GPH or 2 MPG
Wide open throttle is about 20 GPH

The Engine:

There are no known issues with the engine, trim/tilt or lower unit. All have been working great this season. The engine just had a tune-up with new plugs, fuel filter, carbs cleaned and lower unit oil. The water pump impeller is in its second season. Unknown amount of hours on the engine
The Trailer:

New brake drums
New bearings all the way around
New hydraulic brake lines
New Titan model 60 tongue
New winch cable
All new parts were purchased and installed in June of 2014
The trailer does need new fenders as the old plastic ones are falling apart. The lights all work and tires have good tread left on them.
