Yea the lake was pretty empty. About 10 trucks in the parking lot and I only saw like 3 boats on the lake. It's a pretty small lake also. I think it's about 5 miles across.
 
Sounds great! hard to tell but seems similar to hole shot with my 86 exciter with a yamaha 150, I don't have a jack plate so am no expert by any means but motor looks a little high to me. Are you seeing 70 to 72 mph that seller suggested?

I never tried to be honest with ya. I made a couple runs at 50 and that was it. I don't have a ton of experience at high speed so I didn't wanna just jump into it. Figure I'll get some time in with it 1st. With what little I drove it though I think I am thinking of a reprop. I'm OK with losing some top end and gaining a better hole shot and all around drive ability.
