man, i wish i was looking for one about a month ago as i seen some great deals back then. but now i am looking and nothing:mad: keep me in mind if any one sees a nice pulsare, or starflite. looking for a early 90's vintage, with min. 225 hp....if it is super clean and has a 200 on it i will look at that also. no bow riders, unless it is a smoking deal. thanks, curt

My buddy here Checkmate243 has a primo early '90's Starflight with a 2003 or 2004 (?) Mercury 225 EFI that he bought brand new and is thinking of selling. I know he'd have to have around $11,500+ though. Maybe more. Best colors, white with black and red stripes, and the red is metal flake! It's sweet. It originally had a 150 Suzuki when he bought the boat, and later pulled it and installed the brand new 225 EFI 3-liter motor. All new controls at that time too. It's a very fine example of a Starflight. He's replaced the vinyl also, another buddy of his is a vinyl guy.

If you're looking for a 1992 to 1994 Starflight with a much newer big block 225, then this might be what you're looking for. It's not for currently for sale, but I know he's been thinking about it lately.

What you can do is find Checkmate243 on here and send him a PM asking if it's for sale or not. I'll also let him know you might be interested. Is that your price range?

i really have a wide price range. year, model, color, condition, and motor size will all be factors on what i am willing to spend on a certain boat. are there any pictures of his boat some where on this forum?

I have some saved on my hard drive, I can look them up tomorrow. I'll also let him know you're possibly interested.

Its just a quicky wet sand and buff job. Its fades in a week. Anyone know what would keep the Alm. shiney besides a $500 POLISH JOB.
