If anyone can help I'm looking for a hatch to fit this hole I have googled it but haven't had any luck can anyone help?

Call the Checkmate factory. Maybe you'll get lucky and they sill have some NOS that didn't get used.
 
spoke to checkmate. They said the home plate shape has not been made in years and the only two options there are is to find a larger square one to fill in, or fill the hole and do a new cut out.
 
Have you tried a marine salvage yard? I've been to a few large ones in FL where they literally have hundreds of used hatches for sale. Or it might just be easier to buy a bigger square hatch.
