Wing / air spoiler?

i have a 1989 251 convinsor. Saw an original photo with some type of wing on back section. Does anyone know what this is called and where i can get one?

My friend races winged dirt sprint cars. we are going to build a mount to put one of the wings off his sprint car on the bow of my persuader so it quits bouncing down the river and will keep up with the bajas
