1988 Merc black max 175

2 new switch boxes, new spark plugs, new rectifier, new valve seat, re-done carbs, re-built fuel pump and several adjustments to the idle...

Runs fine but she does not like to go slow (or idle)..!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated..!

New paint job and no rub-rail = No fun when trying to dock!

How are the plugs? And are they the right ones?

yes
put brand new plugs in and i let her run for a bit.., still running rough.
Sounds like one cylinder is misfiring..?
pulled all the plugs and they all looked wet and shiny new except for one is black and dry?
Whats that mean?

Thank you for your help! I'm a dunce at this stuff..!
