I have searched the net for days and have found opinions ranging from it wont work to it came out great. But have...

Building twin outboards for my Convincor

I don't think that stand will work. The weight of the motor is just in front of the rear wheel, that will flip over backwards real easy! You might be able to relocate the upright part all the way to the front to change the center of gravity. I think you might want to beef it up a bit as well...

85 BLACK MAX PLUG WIRE LENGTH

Hi, I just bought a set of the sierra blue plug wires for my 85 200. I got the 7" ones but they look way to small. There is only 4 inches of wire between the ends. My boat is in storage and i can't get to it easily. Could someone measure theirs for me. I think they make 9" ones as well. I think...

    Need Trohy Plus Prop help.

Start with the small ones and drill them out a little at a time with a cordless drill. You can do it on the water. That way when you get it right you can put in new ones the size you need. I used needle nose pliers to remove mine. Two or three times and they are toast! Good luck, Jon

    Need Trohy Plus Prop help.

I have a 23 pitch trophy plus on my exciter with a 200 merc. I run no ring and med plugs. Excellent holeshot with light load, could probably use large plugs with more load. Hope this helps. Jon

    78 predictor help

It will allow the prop to ventilate (slip), and get the rpms up in the motor.

    Hub to small?

Alot of people, including myself, run the trophy plus on the large gearcase motors. It gives a little extra ventilation on holeshot and allows you to run a taller pitch prop for speed and still get on plane. I love mine. Best prop i've tried and i've tried many. I would think a 24 on that boat...
