    Long story short, it was supposed to have been a venture to promote the entire Checkmate line. It was built with money managed by myself through Seelye Wright. If anyone here knows what frustration and time is involved with a project like this they would understand the whole putting your life...

    No confusion, the boat belongs to the owner of Seelye Wright. Who is still and will always be a good friend. I was the caretaker of his boats before, during and will remain after our dealership venture.

    We still have to test on the step venting, so no news there as of yet. This boat being 10300lbs is prob at least 5k lighter than the Chief was. PS to think an Apache guy is even calling this boat cool means a lot to me!!! They have my utmost respect!! Jeff

    4000rpm=73mph GPS, prop testing will tell, I think the 32's are a little small, we only need to spin 5200rpm stay tuned Jeff

    Scoops and underside of hatch to be painted to match, and btw, these are not my props, just have them here to try. LOL

    I have 18 sets of props waiting for the boat when it gets here after they shake it down there first. I am thinking high 80's to 90+ mph, I will keep everyone posted!!!!
