    Well after three hours of standing on my head I have one side off. I was getting condensation steam in the engine compartment last run and figured it was time to get this job done.. Looks like I have three options 1. Clean up and reinstall current setup 2. Look for after market lighter ones...

    251 Convincor Handling

    Been here myself, just takes some seat time i think.. Gotta find the right combo for the water conditions, how many people on and knowing your boat. I run my trim almost 1/2 way up once on plane with just a little tab to keep her level, but once she starts bouncing i gotta hammer through it...

    Couldn't i just put a brass T in the middle of that line with a shut off valve? Or do you think it would restrict incoming water flow? Thanks again for the help.. -Craig

    Yeah just tried to get it off, Just to undo the hose clamp and get it back on took 15 minutes of being crammed in the engine compartment, at 230, its a tight fit.. Got to be an easier way, looks like i'll be looking for the right muffs or some sort of hose connection.. i'll have to see whats...

    Made my lil hook up... following your design, looks like it will work great. Now i traced the 1.25 inch line back to the transom, but the hose is burried under steering control an other crap.. Is this the line you are talking about??

    Boat is a 2000, when Checkmate used to make them in house.. Now they are made by Mat works, which seems to do a great job...

    Well i while ago i had asked where to get my carpet re-done.. After checking out about 5 different places i went with Snapincarpet.com Delt with John there and couldn't be happier, they re-did my cabin and cockpit rug. Carved the checkmate logo into it and the words checkmate. Came out...
