1978 Checkmate Jetmate II

Recently became the owner of a 1978 Checkmate Jetmate II. Boat is in very nice shape, hasn't been in the water since 1992, heated garage stored since then. Boat has a 460 Ford with Offenhauser high rise 360 Power Port intake with dual Holley 4 barrels and a Berkley Jet drive. New to jet boats, have had several outboards before but this is my first jet. Last owner said it hadn't been run since 2006. Threw in some fresh gas and a new battery and it fired up first try.Very excited to get out on the water with this thing. I do have several questions on the boat i'll post in the powertrain section of the sight. Thanks Kirk
 
Yes I definitely wanna see some pics. I have 72 Jetmate. Fun boat for sure.
