SELLIN MY 2800 SX....OR TRADE FOR A NICE CRUISER.

ITS READY TO ROCK. NEW INTERIOR, CUDDY HAS COUCHES ON EITHER SIDE OF ENTTRY...IS READY TO INSTALL THE BERTH...JUST HAVNT GOT AROUND TO IT. 19X19 BOMAR HATCH ON THE DECK. TS, PROPS, ETC....2008 ALUMINUM TRAILER. TWIN 1998 2.5L PROMAX 225S, COMPRESSION WAS TESTED THIS SUMMER. GOOD ALL AROUND. ALIEN COWLS. JUST INSTALLED NEW MIDS WITH DRILLED EXHAUST AND CANS REMOVED. NEW MOTOR MOUNTS. ALL HARDWARE, POWERHEAD STUDS, AND GASKETS REPLACED. COUNTER SPORTMASTERS. ONE BRAND NEW JUST REBUILT (LESS THAN 5 HOURS) THE OTHER JUST TORE DOWN AND INSPECTED...REPLACED SEALS, WATER PUMP HOUSING, IMPELLER, 28P MERC CHOPPER PROPS. ALSO HAVE A SET OF 26 BRAVOS I WILL THROW IN. ETC....LATHAM HYDRAULIC STEERING. STAINLESS MARINE MANUAL DRIVE AND TAB INDICATORS. 280 K PLANES. EMAIL ME FOR PICS.

RAN THE BOAT ALL WEEKEND FOR THE POKER RUN. THUR TILL SUNDAY AND HAD A BLAST! HIT 75 ON GPS...STILL HAD MORE INIT. IT WAS JUST TO ROUGH TO RUN VERY HARD FOR LONG.

LOVE THE BOAT BUT ME AND THE OL LADY HAVE DECIDED WE WANNA SLOW DOWN. CRUISER TIME.

LOTS OF NEW PARTS AND UPGRADES DONT JUS THIS SUMMER.
 
From what I have seen. That's great looking boat. But boating season is coming to a end. Might sell quicker in the spring and get your moneys worth. Good luck on the sale. Just my intake. Love twins.

yeah it really is a great lookin and runnin boat. it gets alot more looks and attention than i would have thought, people really like it and always ask what it is and how fast it goes...etc...

realistically i dont expect it to sell till spring...and im not willing to give it away. its an awesome boat in awesome condition and well worth what i am asking. i would go out on a limb and say it probably the cleanest and best overall condition 2800 sx around. i havnt seen one nicer than mine...but then i havnt seen em all...

if it doesnt sell i wont be at all disappointed. i love this boat and it would not hurt my feelings at all to keep it for years. if it doesnt sell i will just buy a cruiser and keep this one. dont really need two boats but id keep it before i just gave it away for pennies.

I was there last weekend myself. I think I saw you out there. We're you at Harmon creek at all? I live Lancaster ky on Herrington lake so I'm there most of the time. No point driving an hr to a lake when I have one 30yds and 30 steps away. Lol! But on big weekends I still head to Cumberland for those and definitely not missing lake cumberlands poker run, it's mardi gra on the water.

I haven't seen so many people out and in Harmon creek on a friday like I did this year, it was packed full of boats and naked women. If your into stuff like that. Lol!

yeah i was at harmon all weekend!

it was goin down thas for sure! had a freakin blast. we put a few hours on the boat this weekend no dount. we were everywhere! lol it did great!
 
Yes it was. I saw you then, very sharp boat I wish I had known I would've loved to check it out. There were actually about 10 checkmates I saw out there. Good luck on the sell I wish I had the extra money.
 
Did that model come with that style front seats .very cool
nice boat . If I didn't have the one I have now I would be all over that. :)

hi!

the boat has had the same seating arrangement since it was built. it could easiy be converted to regular bolsters...and i was actually going to change it over...but after considerng the gain/loss of the swap i decided to leave it: the current seating is GREAT for a bench to sit on and chill while talking to your passengers when at anchor or tied up. and it makes getting onto the bow of the boat very easy(just step from the rear set up onto the front bench/bolster and walk out on the front) otherwise getting out onto the bow would be big PITA. the front bolster also is wide enough and comfortable enough to lay across and sunbath/nap. and finally: the one piece bolster feels GREAT when in rough water at speed. very comfortable and safe feeling when the boat is getting airborne in the rough.

after considering all of this i jsut wasnt willing to change it over only to lose all of this just to have a bit easier access to the cuddy. i dont sleep on my boats...never have....i store things in the cuddy, use it to get outa the elements if need be, and for privacy when needed.

this thing needs NOTHING!!! and it will make someone a very nice ride for a long time to come.
