But real men have there black on the outside where it can be shown with pride! Not hidden away under an outdoor mattress.:rof:

The outdoor mattress comment has me laughing my ass off! That's hilarious

As some of you know I love outboards! But my wife does not. However we both like the smell of a 2 stroke. Our business mattress is in the stabbin cabin and the "outdoor mattress" lol is for half naked or naked sun bathing:D which is tough to do on an outboard.

As for the "black" thing, either inside or out, we prefer blue with a touch of bling :thumb:

Don't hate on your fishin' motah Robbie. Learn to embrace your white powah. :D

If money were no object and I were to re-do my Liner to be exactly the way I want it I would set the motor back another 10 inches for a total of 15, delete the splash well, and put a sun pad back there that would cover where the cooler lids were as well. I'd have it hinged with the cooler wells still under there because they are such a handy place to keep the ugly dock bumpers out of site yet keeps them very easily accessible.

Personally, I liked the rumble of my V-8 Chevy powered boat but the relieved mid on my V-6 OMC is way better sounding to me. Half the V-8 I/O's around here have loud pipes, even the big 25 foot cabin cruisers. There's probably less than 5 loud outboards running around here on a regular basis.

There is a guy with a sweat Allison in my area. I don't remember what motor he has but it's a built merc and when he fires that beast up it sounds like two Harley's hangin off the back! My waterfront campsite is directly across from the boat launch and it just bellars towards my site. I love it. Wish i could remember what motor it is. He claims 101mph and a rebuild every year. He still owes me a ride and I think I'll get his attention this year. Outboards are freakin sweat!

LOL boys! Set myself up for that one:lol:

Only chicks are allowed to use my sun pad. My wife and whoever else she wants to invite:banana: Camera time!

Ok, this thing is still for sale! New year is here and I know people will start looking forward to spring, so someone needs this boat. I may be open to a reasonable offer?
