Hi CM,

I don't think the wheels will make much of a difference at all. I also remember SC (we have a plant in Anderson) being sort of hilly in addition to hot. If you can get a cooler installed at a reasonable price, I'd do it.

My opinion is that if you're under the 350lb tounge wt. and 3500 lbs, your class 2 hitch is fine. If you have no hitch, then sure, get the class 3 - $200 seems reasonable installed. The class 3 is nicer if you use it for a bike rack or other accessories.
 
anthony where in se mi. are you ? i'd agree to go w/ the trans cooler ! in my experience the to/haul button does a couple things shuts off the o/d and holds the up shift 200+/-rpms more to get in the power range .
