2800SXob resto

Ok one more question for all you, bow rails or no bow rails, which would you do,

No bow rails. I took mine off. They look much sleeker without them.

I like rendering #1 better.

Nice work.

I inquired about that boat before I bought mine. But with double the motors and gas at $4 at that time I decided to not make an offer. Glad to see it coming back to life.

what do you all think of one rail down the center of the boat, and it could be made out of carbon fiber I think that would look good would also match the dash panels I plan on putting in

i completely understand what you guys are saying about the look of the bow rails, but they sure do come in handy. A lot of times I like to hold the boat at the dock if we are not going to be there long enough to tie up and the bow rails are perfect for that.

I also will tie my fenders onto the bow rails to optimize protection if I want one in an area where there is no cleat. But, I will only tie them where there is an upright support so the fender isnt pulling on the horizontal part of the rail.

Bravo, I ordered my boat without the rails. I personally like the clean look. Good luck and keep the pixs coming.

Hey SCT, i do like the clean look of them with out rails but what fireguy said is so true I have them on my pulsare and they are the handiest thing to have more often than not, yours does look great i must say. I think i am going to go with one down the center and have it made out of carbon fiber

Boat looks great. Nice job. I like the first paint scheme much better! Keep up the good work, spring is only 6 months away! :surf:
