my motor is fine right now and don't need another..... w/ the bad cylinder it's worth less than that in my book! not trying to beet you down but don't want to buy a motor for that much that may need a piston, ring or anything else....

YOu might be better off on ebay. You should also take some detailed pics of the transom, floor and other areas that arer prone to rot and or damage. I know you said its a project but pics would save alot of agrivation both on your end and the buyers. The economy is so bad right now youll have a hard time giving that rig away.
