YF, you have vast more cm knowledge then myself but this 300 w- 6.2s had a notched transom. It was not a space thing but a handling issue w- duals.

I was thinking that one has a different notch. More of a V than all the way across, like the fountain has. Seems all the 08+ twin 300's had handling issues....... wonder if they'll have cracking issues as well.
