Bill's Enforcer with Twins

Bill sent me pictures of his Enforcer with twins to post. Here's the information from another post on his Enforcer:

Billy told me at the time that there were 4 of them back then, I'll take a pic of it but my rear hatch is only like 12" wide and the seat is moved back. As well the transom is way over built, there are 3 knees attached to what looks like a 4X4 glassed in horizontally that the top engine bracket bolts go through

I'll take a couple pics of how they did it. What really helps is the custom stainless marine bracket, being bouyant, the boat doesn't squat as bad taking off

Thanks for putting the post up, I need to go over to the building this morning I'll take the pics you wanted of the rear of the boat and I'll show you how I snuck in the zero effort controls for the twins.

That boat is a 1990, I bought it new, it was Billy's idea to use this different deck mold, he told me it was from an earlier year boat, maybe 84'. He told me at the time this would be the 4th boat like this.

Your'e Welcome!!! What state are you located in? You can fill all the info in on your profile.

well if that what you want to do I just sent yu all the pics you'll need to put you over the edge and if I look I believe I still have the drawing for the bracket unless Greg from Stainless still has it in his computer, we drew that up together way back then, the bracket is custom because it is shaped on the bottom to the angles of the boat, so if you were going to make one I would put more offset in it and less set back especially with those heavier engines, thats why I stayed with smaller engines because they were lighter.

If you look at my boat floating you'll notice how low the nose is, thats from the bouyant bracket and the lighter engines

If you look at the pics of the engines from the Starboard side, on the back of the boat above the rub rail is an Allison decal, mone of those thick clear ones like they put on a trailer, it was the only thing I could come up with to cover the holes where the steering cables came out when I put the Hydraulic steering on, so if you look real close in the red stripe above it I had the decal shop make me in silver "my other boat is an" and put it above the Allison decal.

If you look close at the controls, I made a billet angle plate which sets the handles at the same angle as the windsheild, the controls fit with at least an eighth inch to spare.

Bill the aluminum setback on your Enforcer does it fit the contour along the bottom of the boat and what's the setback length 12"? My gil bracket is mounted high on the transom compared to yours.

Yes the bracket is cut on bottom to match the shape of the boat, I would have to measure the set back, its way more than 12" might be 24",

The setback for my gil bracket is 24" and the mota weighs 512 lbs. Btw can you take a picture looking down at the batteries and gas tank.

Well I guess I won't be the first Enforcer with twins to post on the board:). Looks very nice, similar to what I hope to do. Bill, I'd like to talk with you concerning your set up. I'll send you a pm later in the day. I still have a way to go before my resto is complete..... Enough time to rethink my set up.

What's up Hick!

How you been?
