Chesapeake Bash 2013 - June 7-10

If you find them, pull them off with tweezers without twisting them. Straight out. If they have been on you for approximately 48 hours, you should go see your doctor as that is the amount of time where the tick will be engorged and start putting blood back inside of you. This is when it is bad and one could possible get lymes disease. If it's been less than 48 hours, my doctor said just pull them off and its not a big deal.

Symptoms of lymes is fever, headache, swollen joints, arthritis type symptoms and it is a bacterial infection that needs to be treated or it can really "F" you up if left alone.

I better wait until I get out of this meeting and get home - don't want to scare the other participants in the boardroom!

Gave the plug a little extra turn since I'd be sitting in the water for 3 days. Well it rounded off trying to get it out. So then it got a drill thru it to release the water with more storms coming. Tryed an extrator and the brass is so soft that just went in and spun. So the dremil did some cutting. put in a new plug and threads seem ok.

Thats cool kris. She loves being on the boat.
Mine is now starting to ask for boat ride everytime we walk past it since he got his first ride.

She certainly does Keith. When we launched at the ramp on Saturday morning, she came back with me in the boat alongside Droptop and Merc245.
As we pulled up to the jetty at the house she screamed "that was AWESOME!".

I smiled inside.

#1 son is getting like that already. One of his first words is 'boat' ;)
He's enjoyed looking at the pictures from last weekend as much as I (I think)!
