I agree GF, that is a nice boat and not a terrible price for a 97 w- a new 600. I'm surprised it doesn't run a little better.
 
Eh, it actually isnt too bad. Every one I have seen of the older 283 with a HP 500 runs 67-69. It sounds about right.
