After finally doin lower unit and prop my 280ZT ran 90 on the gps. Hopefully after getting use to driving and new setup and a little less gas n dumpin the wife n kid on the dock hopin to see 93. wish me luck. Next time out ill try n video. Toms River NJ. Just named her NEVER SATISFIED! That says it all. Next year bringin the boost up from 6 to 10 and see how it goes.

Its a procharged 540 m1, 839 on dyno. It has a xr upper 3"shorty imco case xr guts teague intermediate shaft and 1 1/4 prop shaft. maximus 5blade labbed 29p. I kno it will go faster just need to play with prop and my drivin, findin the sweet spot

Mike, nice looking....congrads on the 90 !! working on a simular deal as well....still a long way to go !!! Rob

Its so hard to work on front of motor cause its so close so since rear seat is a drop in and not structural i made center section removable. so much easier to work on things ie. sea pump. Just happened to b out while taking pics. Was installing sea strainer. Fits rite back in stock location cant even tell it was cut.

Hey Mike, Nice rig. Now I know what to look for. Do you think everyone understood the saying on the back? Ha.

It does not have a spacer. Even with the 3in shorty because of x dimention prop shaft center is still 2.5 below bottom of hull not including notch at rear of hull. I also made a custom cavitation plate and welded it on which helped alot. its still a little tough to get up on plane prob 3800-4000rpm with load drive in and k-planes down but not too bad.
