For Sale 1997 Convincor 220

Looks good.
Is that hp correct, 450?

I let Kunkles know that HP# might be high and they should change the ad. Back in 01 they replaced the engine with a rebuilt 454 that was boared out 0.030, 10:1 compression, ported heads, Comp Mag Cam, Crane Roller Rockers, Rhodes lifters, HD Push Rods, and such. I never got around to putting on after market exhaust headers. The stock Merc 454 headers are surely cutting down the performance.

They had put that same setup in other boats with performance headers and got 450 HP. They would be able to get into the engine details better than I can.

All that said, the boat runs great. It easily ran 65mph+ with the 3 blade (don't know the pitch off hand). I used the orginal 4 blade for watersports. Both are included.
