Hey guys,
I'm looking for a Factory Service Manual for my circa 1988 Merc 200s 2.4L (Serial number A163804). I've been unable to locate one with all my Googling wisdom. If some of you slackers have nothing to do at work today, can you try and find me a manual? Thanks!!!

I might have a couple laying around... i will check, (i won't be back in town until friday though)

They're keeping you pretty busy. I'm not sure if you're going to be in the Point Loma area or not, but there's a place called Point Loma Seafoods that overlooks a beautiful marina and has some killer food. Its a tad on the pricey side but its one of those meals that you don't mind paying a little extra coin. I believe its only open for lunch.

Essentials of Google Foo.... If you can find the Mercury stock number of the manual its easy to find the .PDF version online. I could send you the post '92 version and while most of the hardware stuff is the same the electrical troubleshooting between the 16 amp and 40 amp systems will be different.

I have 90- 92 in pdf that covers 2&4 stroke, jet and optimax if you're interested. I'm not sure the differences between 88 and 90 though.

I thought I book marked a manual that came off the scream and fly site but now I can't find either my bookmark or the posting with the manual. I was thinking because I'm a rookie I should probably get the correct manual. One has to start somewhere with learning this stuff. Thanks for all the help.
