HELP HELP

There you go. Looks like most of the pieces are right there. Try to match up all of the impeller parts to make sure nothing is floating around in there. Check the housing for wear marks. Hopefully a new impeller and you're all set.
 
The hose you are talking about is trivial at this point, you have a seawater pump mounted on the engine, belt driven, remove that and disassemble, there are 2 larger hoses on the back, mark them and do NOT cross them, If the impellor had lost any of its blades, you will need to remove and back flush the P/S and oil coolers to get any pieces caught there(not a bad idea as you don't know whats been done before) Also are you sure it picks up water thru drive ? my 251 had been converted to a thru hull setup...
