thanks for the feedback...like i said im new to this whole thing but it sounded like a great deal to me...and he gave me receipts for everything so i know they are expensive....and the boat is very nice for its age...whats a good rpm to be running???...i have only had it out once.. so i kinda took it easy

one more question....what did the seats that originally came with the boat look like....heres a link to photobucket ...can anyone tell me if these are original... (would like to find a pair of buckets for it if anyone has some)...tell me what ya think of it..http://s223.photobucket.com/albums/dd103/jtellor/...oh and one more thing...i noticed when everyone says they have a 200 horse it is a 2.4L....mine says 2.5L.. is it still 200horse???

Looks like you purchased a nice one at a great price. Yes, a 2.5 can still be a 200 HP. Welcome to the board!

Yes those are original seats. My 82 Predictor has seats just like that and pretty much every 82 Ive seen has that style. Kinda wish it had the bolsters but that can always come with time. Great looking boat.

I have had 3 enchanters now: 85-19' OB(sold), 79-21' OB, a 86-21' I/O. Both of my 21' boats have the barrel style seats in them. Mis matched with one from both boats while I am redoing the I/O.

but my 19' had the flat style in them.
