MK aluminum heads 300/330 HP BBC

Now you can buy a true marine cylinder and gain over 100 hp with the right upgrades.
I now have budget aluminum heads for 300/330 hp 454
that will make a lot more HP over your stock cast Iron heads
I have been asked for a long time. Is there a head that will gain more power and not break my piggy bank?

I am selling 300cc Oval port aluminum cylinder heads, 115 cc chambers 2.250 severe duty
intake valves and 1,880 inconel exhaust valves. No cheap azz valves.
I have them set up for hydraulic flat tappet cams with max lift .600
OR hydraulic roller for max lift or .675.
You can use your stock intake manifold and 750 carb, add a mk cam grind and some aluminum headers and gain 70 to 100 hp. and knock off over 100 lbs,

With a cam 220/235 dur. 565/565 on 110 intake and 114 exhaust lobe center, open plenum manifold, 750 or 800 cfm Holley dbl pumper, performance headers, Marine DUI HEI distributor, and these aluminum heads you could make 425+ hp. with your stock cast Iron lower end.
And if you are rebuilding use all this and an ARP 3/8" 2000 psi rod bolt upgrade.

How much would a complete set up like that run? My dad has an old 330hp 454 and I think I have him talked into doing something like this. Just want a price to tell him, thanks!!

Sounds great Mike, the large oval ports really work awsome on boats....even had a race engine with ported 781's on it..ran way better than anybody thought...Rob

 What kind of heads are they

They are PBM strike force heads that I am branding. I buy them bare and we finish them with good valves and hardware. The Ferrea inconel exhaust valves alone retail for $48.00 each that's X's 8. They are a quality budget solution to fill the gap and will hold up for 100's of hours on what they are intended for, Brian's running the small block version and making in the neighborhood of 500 hp.
They do make HP and I have some cam grinds that will work well with them. because of the 115cc chambers it bumps the 8:1 motors up to about 8.5:1
We have done several boats with them now and all good results.

A power kit with the engine kit you would save a few bucks.
Pistons are the same Mercury re man uses.
these are some good combination for the cast iron engines without over doing it, they will still last.
