My New ride; checkmate convinsor 259

Got the Bill of sale in the mail today. Signed it and returned it back.

A bit strange to me. He didnt get as far as i know no payment in yet. He did get proof of the money going his way, (screenshot of payment on my phone, and the actual payment details on photo from my computer and a confirmation of my bank accountmanager.)
Can he still sell it to others? I mean if i sign does he has to deliver the boat?
It would be pretty crappy if he sold the boat to someone else now but I think he needs the signed contract to make it official.
Did you send the entire payment or a deposit ?
I would have sent a deposit until I could physically inspect the boat or have a professional do it for me.

If its not my boat afterall i can sell it overhere and make money out of it. The price was good enough for that.
the pictures on internet and what he send over to me were pretty good detailed so i can see what he was selling and what did he see. Mailed also the user damage. That made it easier for me to buy it on the phone.
The main part is Tech. And even with a surveyor its always a risk. You cant see inside the V8.
The dealer is long enough in the marine industry.
All that made it easier. But it stays a risk that at that point i am willing to take.

No twins resale market overhere. That is what it does. The high gasprice. Even if i wanted to i have to pay twice for it. Higher price to go boating and no resale market so you have to sell it real cheap. If you find a buyer.
The only chance you have is to sell it in south europe where its cheaper (gas)
