My New ride; checkmate convinsor 259

The waiting has to suck. Have you seen it in person yet? I feel your pain. Like a kid in December looking at all those presents under the tree.

No i didnt see it in person. Sometimes you got to trust someone, and last time it went okay also. Better than i was expecting to be honest.
I go with the flow i guess. I was asking him on damage spots and got six things back you can repair or correct instantly. Nothing to worry about.

I can still boat with my senator and overthere with my convinsor. So i am fine
Dont feel any greed to have it in my back yard yet. I know that i are going to the LC rally in my own boat with my girl. Thats my goal for next year. After that going to focus on transport and later an update on Hp and drive swap to make it the best check around in europe waters.
I can do the HP update overthere in the USA but dont want to take any risk on those stupid people called customs
Crate an engine and a drive is much less risk. And than i can put it on our racing team so no import rules anymore. Than i can order anything i like. And keep the 7.4 and drive as back up.

First thing i am going to do is take it through the Amsterdam channels for some nice boating day.

That sure is a clean boat. I would have no problem buying it over the internet. :thumb:

Took some time. Searching and looking over 1,5 year. Sometimes i got completly nuts about it. Brian told me thats normal, but if something turns up your screen you know you like it and it can be your boat.

SCT his Craiglist topic was standard each morning. A cup of coffee and that on screen for new boats. How am i going to replace that each morning...lol

Congrats Helmich!! She is a beauty thats for sure!! Cant wait till the really next year and hope to meet you and see it in person!!

Going for some additional purple details. Steering wheel and covers etc. Detail stuff.

Dont get the name. Dont understand it.

Congrats Helmich - she's a cracker!
I think you need to blog this boats journey to Holland. :thumb:

I am going to do that. In this topic. No problem.

The fun part is that you can see it going across the ocean. Watched the senator also at marine traffic. Very cool to watch the vessel with the small vessel coming my way

Congrats on the awesome boat!

Just cause you have new boat, doesn't mean shopping for next one can't start! Any resale market for your Senator over there?

Bc i know a lot of fast boaters overhere so that will help. but the V8 would not help bc of the fuel prices overhere. 9.78 a gallon

x2, I look at SCT's thread all the time and I'm not really looking to buy another boat, but you never know!! Something pretty could change my mind in a hurry.

Got the Bill of sale in the mail today. Signed it and returned it back.

A bit strange to me. He didnt get as far as i know no payment in yet. He did get proof of the money going his way, (screenshot of payment on my phone, and the actual payment details on photo from my computer and a confirmation of my bank accountmanager.)
Can he still sell it to others? I mean if i sign does he has to deliver the boat?

That is a stunning boat Helmich.......

I'm thinking of being at the LC rally next year myself, if so I look forward to meeting you and seeing that beautiful boat in person.

Remember, once you own more than 1 Checkmate, you officially have started a collection :bigthumb:

So go ahead and keep reading SCT's craigs list topics with your morning coffee ;)
