:cheers:Ya, sure feels good, back in a Checkmate after 12 years!... Doug and Kip and crew did a great job on this boat....excellent quality and details. Good to finally have something to post on the forum! Picture from first river trial - engine break-in...good runCIMG2061.png

Holy crap that thing is nice! Mike has told me several times it costs them more to do it up in red. If you keep it off the beaches, there's no better color IMO.

My Starliner's 20 years old and the red is as deep as the day I bought it. Red's boat was also unbelievable.

Congratulations, brother, you did it up right! And leave the sticker on the motor as long as you can.

IMHO even the "crappiest" boat on this board ( mine- for sure!) is SO worthy of BOTM! I can't say enough how much I love ALL Checkmates and the fact that Chris has given us enthusiests a place to "worship" our passion of Checkmate boat enjoyment! THANX CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your the man!!!!!!!!!!!

Last call for pics! :)

Perhaps you guys could stop drooling for a minute to submit another pic or two? :D

-Chris

I know i have no shot with this awesome group, but if someone would be kind enough to resize this i will enter my ZT280, just to have another I/O in the running. thanks

Hmmm... if we go by whatever else is in the picture,I though I should mention, this is a family friendy site, and mine is the only one with the a famly in it. The wife is the redhead in the back cawing at me like and old crow telling me how to drive. I should win on sympathy alone!!! :):):)

you have a great pic, you guys look a little cool with all your gear on . seasons almost over for us northeners..... also dont ask us to choose between a nagging wife and a fully stocked bar..... think we can all predict the winner......fully stocked bar , everytime
