PA 2100 BR with unique power

Anyone want to post a picture of a Pulsare 2100 BR with unique power for me?

Edit: It's not mine, but I do know the guy. I can't wait to see how it runs!

That's a good looking boat! Big pile of cash hangin on da back too... yowser. Be interesting to see how it compares to the 300hpdi

I've been reading up on those SHO's on Bass BOat Central...they make oil. I.E....if you run them hard, unburned gas is finding its way to the oil...past the rings? Not sure...about them. I was hoping to hang one on the Starliner, but I'm thinking Mercury Pro XS now, although a lot of folks haven't had any trouble ...supposed to run as fast as a 2 stroke and ridonkulous torque.

That looks huge hanging off the back. Weight of it?

Eric

Same as a Mercury Two Stroke. Around 400 lbs. But I think it's a 4.0L engine. They also don't have cylinder sleeves. They have a special coating that eliminates the sleeves to save some weight. THe fuel efficiency isn't any beter than a 2 stroke, but I understand they're quiet.

Would love to see numbers off this baby.

I think Yamaha did a great job on them. They are lighter than the 2-strokes they replaced, and don't have the weight, complication, and reliability issues associated with forced induction. The 250 Verado weighs something like 200 lb more. I hope the fuel-in-oil is a non-issue, though.

It will be interesting to see what numbers it runs. From what I know and have seen it should run low to mid 80's after it has the right prop. It will not turn the numbers that your or mikes 300 did.

I've had several Mercury 300XS motors. They are actually about 500lbs.
