" For Sale" Playmate Yellow Fiero Painted / Rigged - (NEW PRICE) $2000

The nearest lake is restricted to 20 hp .
Other than that , I run a 60 hp w/ 22p 4blade .
Easier to have two boats , than swapping motors ...

Haven't been out yet this season .
I added a hydraulic jackplate and smart tabs over the winter .
I'll input a post when I get the numbers .
60 - 65 mph is the goal , Fast enough for me and all-week-end on one tank of fuel (18Gal n the bow)

here's some pics :

What were You getting before the jackplate and tabs. I am in the process of rebuilding A 1979 70 hp to put on the back of Mine and I have no idea what prop I am going to need or how fast it will go. I am hoping for 60 but with the little force 40 hp that was on it when I bought it all I can get is 35 gps.

The jack plate and tabs were to keep the bow down , the previous owner had problems with . The motor was at 6" below the pad , now at 3 3/4" below the pad . I added a stereo system w/ sub woofer and a 55 lbs. deep cycle battery . Currently all that plus 390 lbs of people , A 10 1/2" x 15p 3B will run 44mph on gps . I have an 11" x 18p 3B arriving today . The 11 1/8" x 22p 4B was too much for the 60 . I recently moved the deep cycle battery toward the front . You may want to make sure your boat is sealed good at the stern , with the 70 on , the rub rail is going to be very close to water level .

The 79 70 hp is not much hevier than the little 40 on it now, and I have the battry and 18 gallon tank up front. I don't need any extra bow lift and thinking about A 4 blade chopper for stern lift but I know that when I shut it down the water can come up the back pretty good. I don't know yet if it will take A 20 or A 22 but at $450 for either I want to do some experimenting before I order one. If I can get into the uper 40s or lower 50s I will be happy for now.

I meant cleaver not chopper.

$3800

trade for all or partial...wrangler, polaris sleds or wheelers, firearms...what do you have?

I just need it gone

$ 2800.00 for that boat .
Somebody is going to get the "Buy of the Year !"
That is one Beautiful Playmate :thumb:

Maybe I can help you get it sold .
Since I've permently left the 20hp Merc 4 stroke (bought another boat for the river) I get waved down every time I go out . If you want I could forward them to you . On second thought , I don't know if I should . It's a small lake , might not be enough room for two boats that cool .... :brickwall:
I've gotten to 16 mph on gps so far , still tweaking .
