whos the guy on scream & fly, in new york, with boat business, with boat called intimidator. he was supposedly trust worthy according to my motor man dave who knows him. he sold me a left hand gearcase for my tunnel that was no good. you dont know how pissed off i am after a year & 2 months fixing my boat & get to the creek & find out i sent 800$ to a rip off. what does a fool have to do to find a lefthand 20" for a 200merk?:irked: who can you trust?

but i wanted to come back, pay my dues, & continue to support this site. the captain was getting ready to blow the helmet & bandana off his head, with some video & piks, but some guy on scream & fly ripped me off. checkmate was just as fun to me as being on the bay, when i wasnt, & i appreciate all involved. but i havnt worked my a** for over a year to get my boat in the water, ready to f****** fly, busiest year in 30 ive been helping others, at the same time, wanting to tell YOU ALL.. i just got a few seconds before i got a call to fix somebodys fkn heat, to tell you all THANKS. until i find the guy on scream & fly who ripped me off on the gearcase, i just wanted to tell you all im sorry & the capt has no more to offer.

Sorry to here this Captain, I don't spend any time on scream and fly, but if I was you, I would see if they have a beware section or somthing like that. I would post there in an effort to pressure the guy to remedy the situation and to warn others as to the nature of this low life. How did you pay? I always try to pay by Credit Card as they are the best a reversing charges to bad businesses. Pay Pal may also help you if you used them, but I hear they are not always great at resovling issues with transactions.

More and more I try to google the businesses I plan to use, to see if they are getting good comments or bad ones. I don't think it will be long before we are all making sure a business is good before we buy from them over the internet.

i wish i could mail it. the captain doesnt know how to pay ANYTHING online. rednecks pay cash. but its tax time & i need a donation. dont forget, my checkmate:pissed: is my work boat. dont forget i need a gearcase:pissed: mayby ile put the nosecone on the other end. im desparite. ive been saving all this fuel, for 10 mins of smile. dont need land legs:irked:
 
I'll keep my eye open for a gearcase for you. How long did you have the LU before you found out it was bad? You can file with the BBB since he has a boat business. That might get him to get you a different one or refund money.
 
I agree with what Tim said. Intimidator boats is a paying sponsor I believe. I know I've seen a banner ad for them at the top of the page. Those guys don't fool around over there, if a seller has done a member wrong they don't take it lightly.
 
dont know who it was

all i know is that my friend knew a guy in new york who was supposed to be ligit, owned a business or something. he sent me the case, & it was no good. it was nearly a year before i tried it & i didnt document any transactions. dave said he cant believe this person would have done that unless it was due to economic times. either way, im sitting here with full tanks of gas, overwhealmed with work, & cant get off land in my favorite boat.
