This weekend: Saginaw River

Well....I am still going to try like hell to be out on Saturday. My motor fired up and ran great.....BUT......my crank case quickly filled up with milk :brickwall::pissed:so I am going to be pulling my intake back off tonight so I can remedy the situation.

You take one step forward...you take three steps back.....you do the Krawczyk Pokey.....and thats what it seems like it is all about.

:rof:im working on it buddy cant promise but i am trying! My trip to indian river last year had to stop and refuel in flint and it should be only 4 hr drive, not bad.

Hope to see you and that pretty exciter up here! I think I fugured out my problems and it should be remedied tomorrow evening or Saturday morning. I had the thin intake gasket when I needed the thick one......Live and learn I guess......

I've been watching the forecast for this Sunday, and the high temp has gone from 79 to 81 in the last two hours! Can't complain about that. :thumb:

this thread went bad.......:eyecrazy:

anyway,

hey fuel.. get about 15+ gallons of oil, after seeing that stuff last night its gonna take alot to get the water out...i really hope that your bearings didnt get wiped out...or worse yet, got water in the cylinders..breaking pistons and bending rods.....:pissed:

i dont wanna rain on your parade bro,.. but be prepared for the worst...

Wow...are people ever running amuck with this thread.....haha....hey if you can't have fun, what can you have?

Buss....I think I have it figured out and have it under control. I don't think anything went into the cylinders and I don't think that it got ran enough to wipe the bearings.....I got the good ones in it. We shut it down before the water got too high (it was only coming out of the dipstick...come on). I think after about 3 oil and filter changes and the new THICK intake gaskets that I should be ready to roll (I hope).

Buss, How dare you try and rain on my parade......it's my party and I can kick some a$$ if I want to.
